El camino del amor propio es un camino que requiere raíces nuevas en base a una re educación psicoemocional y un volvernos conscientes que el vínculo con una misma, también es un vínculo y requiere, al igual que nuestras otras relaciones, de tiempo, escucha, cuidado y atención.
La duración es de 7 días porque es un pilar por cada día. Pero vos podés repetir ese sistema de 7 días las veces que quieras en el tiempo que quieras dentro del plazo de 1 año que es el tiempo que dura el acceso al curso desde que lo adquirís.
No necesariamente tienen que ser seguidos, pero sí es importante que cuando decidas empezar, te comprometas con tu proceso. Si tu ritmo orgánico te pide espaciar 1 o 2 días, podés hacerlo. Lo más importante es que lo disfrutes y trabajes con los 7 pilares para ver los resultados hermosos que van a traerte.
Considerá que los videos tienen una duración de 8 minutos cada uno, para que sea algo fácil de incorporar a tu rutina + el tiempo que te lleve el trabajo en tu cuaderno Venusino y el Ritual de cada pilar de amor propio.
Mirás un video por día para aprender a enraizar ese pilar a tu vida, tomás la propuesta y realizás los ejercicios escritos y prácticos en el momento del día que elijas, según tu tiempo y tus ritmos.
Esos ejercicios estarán incorporados a tu día, ya que muchos tendrán que ver con una nueva posición energética que abrirás para explorar.
Tu celu o una compu con wifi desde donde puedas ver los videos y descargar los workbooks.
Un cuaderno para hacer los registros de tus procesos y avances y 8 minutos por día para mirar tus videos. El tiempo para los Rituales y la elaboración es tuya personal, e irás descubriendo cuánto tiempo orgánico te lleva.
